Terms of service

These terms apply when you use the Manage Real Estate app, this website and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Manage Real Estate is operated by Aiwatech ("we", "us"). It helps real estate agencies and dealers manage properties, client demands, agents, call reminders and documents. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must give accurate information and use a mobile number that belongs to you.
  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Company owners and agents

The person who registers a company is its owner. The owner decides who is added as an agent, what agents can see, and is responsible for how their team uses the service. Data added by agents belongs to the company.

4. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the properties, photos, documents, notes and other content you add.
  • You give us permission to store, process and display that content so we can provide the service to you.
  • You confirm you have the right to add it, including any contact details of owners, dealers and clients.
  • When you share a property, you allow anyone with the link to view that listing until you turn sharing off.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, including false listings.
  • Upload content that infringes someone else's rights or that is harmful or offensive.
  • Try to access another company's data, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
  • Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the service.

6. Trials, subscriptions and payments

  • New companies may be offered a free trial with limits on agents and properties.
  • After the trial, continued use requires the fees for your plan. Current fees are shown in the app or shared with you by our team.
  • If a payment is overdue, we may limit or pause access to the account until it is cleared.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable, unless we state otherwise or the law requires a refund.
  • We may change fees for future billing periods and will tell you before a change applies to you.

7. AI assistant connections

You may connect your account to a third-party AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. The assistant is provided by another company under its own terms. Its answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong, so check important figures in the app before relying on them. You are responsible for who you allow to use an assistant connected to your account.

8. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use information. It forms part of these terms.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or because of events outside our control.

10. Our rights in the service

The app, website, design, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the service for your business; they do not transfer ownership of any part of it.

11. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used unlawfully or has unpaid fees.
  • After an account is closed, its data may be deleted as described in the privacy policy.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not verify the properties, prices or people recorded by users, and we are not a party to any deal between you and your clients.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost deals or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the six months before the claim arose.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
